Breaking News Wednesday, October 24th, 2012: White Sox-Tigers Trade: Carmona for Stout The Chicago (A) White Sox have parted ways with 29-year old starting pitcher Fausto Carmona, 22-year old minor league starting pitcher Shimpei Jouda and $22,200,000 in cash, sending him to the Detroit Tigers for 32-year old starting pitcher Robert Stout. The White Sox general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. This year Carmona has gone 13-8 with an ERA of 5.57 and has 151 strikeouts in 182.2 innings.
